There are two locations: in Chiswick, London at 12a Turnham Green Terrace (open Monday 11am–7pm, Thursday 10am–7pm, and Friday 11am–7pm) and in Birmingham at Parkfield Medical Center, 10 Parkfield Drive (open Tuesday 12pm–7pm and Wednesday 1pm–7pm).
